Algarnor was created to respond to the shortage in the construction sector in the Algarve in the 1980s. Founded by Agostinho Lemos Martins, the company was born from the connection between the Algarve, where it established itself, and the north of Portugal, where its founder comes from.

With more than three decades of activity, Algarnor has already built over 500 apartments and around 150 villas, as well as numerous refurbishments throughout the Algarve. Today it is managed by the founder's children, Frederic and Cristina Martins, who continue to ensure a commitment to quality, innovation and trust.
